Coeur d'Alene's 1st Mexican Restaurant
The Mexican Food Factory is a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant and we have proudly served North Idaho in the same location since 1981.
Our recipes were introduced and perfected by Dan's parents Claude and Myna Franks. Dan grew up behind the counter, and started working in the restaurant in 1986, taking over the business with his wife Jenifer in 2002.
Success & Service:
The Mexican Food Family has many longtime employees who work with pride and professionalism.
The head cook, Lourdes Barajas, has been with Mexican Food Factory since 1985.
Galen Koester, the night cook, joined us in 1999.
Heather Downey came on board in 2001.
